The Law of Circulation states… “Everything you circulate comes back to you multiplied”. We in the western world know it as…

“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction”.

For example, if you wish to build, improve and increase your lung power, your first step is let go of your breath (accessing the power of the exhalation) so that you can inhale and absorb another life-giving breath.

If you repeat this process regularly, then the power your lungs can offer you... according to the Law of Equal and Opposite Reaction - INCREASES!


Lack of oxygen...

Leaves all your organs, tissues, and cells malnourished and devitalised—all 75 trillion of them.

When you consider that scientific research has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that no disease can live in a purely oxygenated state, it probably doesn’t surprise you that being aware of, and practising breathing techniques is a very wise invested in your long-term future.

Respiratory problems (tuberculosis, pneumonia, emphysema, asthma), sinus problems, sluggishness of the bowel, obesity, lethargy—all of these ailments will either heal or continue to be aggravated, by how you breathe. As for the ligaments and bones in the body; sore knees, sore hips and almost every other pain felt in the body, will either heal or continue to be aggravated, by how you breathe.


How do I start consciously using the diaphragm? 

If you are unfamiliar with diaphragmatic breathing, it's easier in the first instance to do it lying down.


  • Lie on your back on a flat surface with your knees bent and your head supported. To maintain the curve in your lumbar region, use a pillow under your knees to support your legs. Place one hand on your upper chest and the other just below your rib cage. This will allow you to feel your diaphragm move as you breathe.
  • Breathe in slowly through your nose so that your stomach moves out against your hand. The hand on your chest should remain as still as possible.
  • As you breath out, tighten your stomach muscles, pulling them in or letting them fall inward as you exhale. The hand on your upper chest must remain as still as possible. Practice until it is second nature to you.

Note: To increase the load on your abdominal muscle group, have a go at placing a book on your tummy as you do your diaphragm breathing... then maybe two books.... then maybe three... 

Once these techniques are mastered lying down, they are just as easy to do when standing up, walking or running. When you are familiar with the Tri-Breath™ techniques, you can alternate your focus between the solar plexus, heart and throat centres, as the arms pull in your implosive energy and push out your explosive energy. These techniques working together, tone and elongate the muscle while flattening the tummy so quick it'll make your head spin. Enjoy!
