OVERVIEW OF SERVICES: Vitality Plus Australia Pty Ltd is the exclusive provider and trainer of the TriBreath™ Techniques and Exercise Program and the Flexiback Office Fitness Program™.

The TriBreath™ Program
The TriBreath™ Program is delivered as two separate sessions for maximum health impact and to fully optimise the increased awareness of movement.
Session 1… Experienced as a one to twenty person group. Each individual is taken through the THREE ASPECTS that make up the TriBreath™ breathing and mind techniques. Minimising the size of the group allows each individual to have unhindered focused attention on all facets of the exercises.
Time requirement: Each group will need approximately one and a half – two hours (1 ½ - 2 hours) to receive maximum benefit on all aspects covered. Preferably held outdoors in the sun and fresh air (or if due to climatic conditions - in a large hall).
Session 2… To finalise the experience on a collective high, session 2 is held as a full group session that introduces the ten BioEnergetic exercises and how they work into the individuals new and improved TriBreath™ breathing rhythms. These exercises are designed to strengthen and elongate the core-stabilising muscles of the individual, which have an overall positive effect as they promote balance in the individuals upper and lower body, while still strengthening the relationship between co-ordination, stamina and flexibility. If you can hold your arms at shoulder height, you can receive maximum benefit from these techniques.
Time requirement: Again, depends on the size of the group. Experience has proven that a group of ten people can easily absorb the best of what this program offers in about two – three hours (2 - 3 hours). This also depends on each individual’s physical ability, confidence and self consciousness. Also the range of questions that are inevitably asked. Preferably held outdoors!

The Flexiback Office Fitness Program™
The gym so small it fits in the draw of your desk! Using state of the art technology (the latex rubber strap), this program is a series of movements incorporating body and breath to strengthen, elongate and regenerate muscle and connective tissue, all while sitting in the office or behind a desk.
This program can be delivered to the individual or as a collective group session that introduces the many and varied benefits that this wonderful program offers. Expect a light hearted and humorous experience that will pave the way for an easy transition into the world of pain-free office work.
The Flexiback Office Fitness Program™ consists of seven exercises, each of which takes about one minute each when learnt for effective results. Because these exercises harness diaphragm and core strength, many a tummy has been flattened and chest expanded as due course.
The program promotes a natural arch in the spine that improves posture, opens the lungs and counteracts a hunched-up spine and rounded shoulders. Strengthening the muscles that support the spine increases flexibility in the upper spine and neck, thereby decreasing tension and pain that is usually felt in the shoulders and head areas.
Time requirement: Depends on the size of the group. A group of ten people or more can easily absorb the best of what this program offers in less than two hours (2 hours). This of course depends upon each individual’s physical ability and the range of questions that are inevitably asked. Held indoors within the work environment, all that is needed is a chair or preferably a Swiss ball and enough room to freely move the arms.
